TREDS offers a 30-day return policy on all of its products. In order to be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. TREDS does not offer refunds on any products that have been worn or damaged. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the order. We’re proud to offer a hassle-free return and refund policy on all their products. Whether you’re not happy with your purchase, or simply changed your mind, we’ll make it right. Simply return your purchased item to us within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll issue a refund. Please also reach out to us by email if you want to discuss any elements of the product further.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, along with the invoice or packing slip. We recommend that you use a carrier service that provides tracking, as we are not responsible for items that are lost in transit. Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the return is a result of our error.All returns must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase in order to process a refund. If you provide the invoice in the return we can use this to trace your order.
